All orders are shipped next business day via USPS. Please allow 3-8 business days for delivery within mainland USA. Unfortunately, due to shipping costs outside of our control, we are unable to ship effectively to Alaska, Puerto Rico or APOs. We hope to serve these shipping zones in the future. Hawaii will be subject to a surcharge fee to cover expenses incurred for these shipping zones.

All refund requests must be made to our customer service department at

no more than 90-days after the initial purchase date. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the item has been returned and processed at our warehouse. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. You are aware and agree that you are limited to one product refund or product exchange only.

AFTER THE 90-DAY REFUND PERIOD, ALL FEES AND CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PRODUCTS.
